Hi friends, I am so sorry that there is so much stress at this time. It is very difficult for all of us. It is hard to figure out what we need to pay attention to, stay away from, or understand. I am not an infectious disease expert. I have absolutely no idea what kind of impact this disease will cause for us as people, community, world. What I am is a mind-body-energy expert. I understand how the physiology of stress plays in the body and makes us more apt to get swept up into the fear mind and the sensation of panic. I know that if I don't tap, then I will lose my shit and spin like a top. I want to be clear. I want to be as rational as I can be. I want to be a steward of calmness for my children. I want to be in service to you. Tapping is a useful tool right now because it reduces the cortisol levels in the body in less than 10 minutes. It stimulates acupuncture points to relax the body so that the mind can stop whirring with fear. It works to allow you to thing more clearly and act from a place of aligned mind-body. Fear = Stress = the chemical reaction in the body. Do not allow the judgements of others allow you to think that your fear is unjustified or irrational. Who is anyone to judge?
